ouch.

A funny thing happens when you start listening to your body. It starts to talk to you. But you don't always know what it is saying.

My shoulders have been getting more and more sore over the past little while and I woke up yesterday in a lot of pain. A trip to the Dr. this morning ended with a diagnosis of some sort of 'itis' (I can't remember the technical term.) The tricky part is that it is my right arm and it hurts to write or type! So I am typing this with one finger!! (Ridiculous.) I don't know what my body is trying to tell me but I am going to have to stop my reporting until it doesn't hurt to type.

On another note, I have an interview tomorrow. I would love the job. I would be really good at the job. It would change a lot of things for the better! If you feel like it, please send good thoughts my way!!

[Update - I didn't get the job. I know that means something better will come along but it still sucks. AND I am still typing with one finger - sigh!]

itis never sounds good. Go see an osteopath or chiropractor. They can fix things without medication. Did the trick for me.
Typing with one finger sucks indeed :-)

I'm very sorry to hear about your shoulders. I hope you heal really fast! I'm sure your body will have lots of interesting things to tell you in the meantime...

Lots of warm wishes coming your way for a quick healing...and your new job(that's how positive I'm thinking...it's already yours!)

Sounds like some kind of tendinitis. Have you been on the computer lots lately? Using the mouse extensively can cause this. I once read that shoulder and neck pain is a sign of resistance to change. Maybe change is in the air?? Maybe a new job ... !!! Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for you, Meg! Good luck :) Kerstin

I once had the most awful back pain long ago when I was young and shouldn't have had anything of the sort.

It turned out to be the new chair they had given me at work and my posture.

It took several weeks of sitting properly upright to sort out the problem.

Hope you find the source of the pain soon :-)

Wishing you so many marvellous opportunities to come flying (and I know they will) that you'll have a hard time choosing. I wonder what life has in store for you? Also sending blow kisses to your sore arm, take care. Much love!

Oh, and I finally found your emails from the past weeks - they were stuck in my spam along with the missing blog comments. Strange! And annoying... xoxo

Yes, listen to it. I often laugh at myself, because the same hurts come up over and over, and always when I am having a certain issues in my life...and often when I am trying NOT to see it. LOL! It's like my body says, "Oh, yeah. Go with that. Thats working sooo well. Pft!"

It is not always to see disappointment as an oppotunity love. I know and understand this. You are amazing and wonderful and I am sending those hands lots of kisses on the wind.

Holding them too.
